Kieron "Ki" Crowder
Head Coach
Kieron "Ki" Crowder is a Merritt Island, Florida native who graduated from Cocoa Beach High School in 2019. A true Florida sportsman, Ki spends his time away from the diamond fishing, golfing, and free-diving.
Crowder began his collegiate career at Keiser University, where he played baseball from 2019–2022 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. He then transferred to Clarke University, where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and earned a Master of Business Administration, wrapping up his playing career in the spring of 2025.
In the fall of 2025, Crowder returned to Keiser University as an Assistant Coach, serving as First Base Coach for the Varsity squad while also taking the helm as Head Coach of the Development Team.
Joe Grahe
Pitching coach
Joe Grahe is a West Palm Beach, Florida native who attended Palm Beach Gardens High School before pitching at Palm Beach State College. A three-time MLB Draft selection (1986, 1988, and 1989), Grahe chose to return to the mound each time, ultimately transferring to the University of Miami where he became one of the most decorated pitchers in program history. He remains Miami's all-time career leader in strikeouts (433) and innings pitched (460.2), and holds single-season records for complete games and strikeouts. Grahe helped lead the Hurricanes to back-to-back College World Series appearances in 1988 and 1989, earning Regional MVP honors both years. He is an inductee of both the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame and the Palm Beach County Hall of Fame.
Grahe went on to a seven-year MLB career with the California Angels, Colorado Rockies, and Philadelphia Phillies (1990–1999), accumulating 45 saves and 204 strikeouts. His finest stretch came with the Angels from 1992–1994, including a 21-save season in 1992 that earned him American League Rolaids Reliever of the Month honors in July.
